In Blake’s words, “St. Patrick’s Day is the best!” I set out a few decorations for a breakfast and a leprechaun dyed our milk green and holy cow, were my children over the moon about it. They also found some rainbow colored goldfish crackers after nap time and were thrilled to have a snack other than apples and pretzels.

My green dinner wasn’t a huge hit, but decorating rainbow cupcakes afterward was. I loved watching Blake and Evelyn’s tiny hands try to copy mine. Even Brandon decorated one and enjoyed it! (Thanks to a little competition.)

I could have used a few more kisses from everyone, but Oliver just couldn’t escape them. I sure love my little leprechauns. Holidays are the absolute best with kids.
