{July 24} It had been a while since we’ve had the Sundays over, so we invited everyone over for a Pioneer Day picnic after church.  The menu: pulled pork sandwiches, grilled garden veggies, pasta salad, watermelon, and chips. After eating, we had a blast watching Grandpa teach the children all sorts of pioneer games.

Jessica and Nick were at the hospital with their brand new baby boy, but Halle, Sawyer, and Taft represented their family well. We also loved meeting baby June Sohm for the first time. It was a summer evening for the books.
