Tis the season we find Oliver (1) waving bye and clapping, emptying all the drawers, hiding food under his tray, babbling and screaming to the world, crawling up stairs and nearly walking.

Tis the season that Evelyn (3) loves all sparkly things and having braids in her hair, wearing her princess dress, learning letters, reading stories, and going to nursery with Dad as her teacher.

Tis the season that Blake (4) loves to go to preschool and primary, making “plans” and food, lives for snowy days, and keeps up his title of family comedian and best big brother pretty well.

Tis the season that Melissa finished 30 adventures before 31, including running a 1/2 marathon and doing some real photo shoots. She’s still keeping up SoFestive.com in between laundry, diapers, and Primary Secretary responsibilities.

Tis the season that Brandon finds himself juggling time between playing with the kids, his full-time IT job, his web-development company, making home improvements, and learning to play the piano.

Tis the season for our family to accomplish a dream of living abroad as we spend a few months in Australia and New Zealand come January!

Tis the season to be grateful for all our blessings, especially the birth of the Savior! We hope you feel His light this time of year!
