Now that the word is out, I can give a little baby update. Or should I say bok choy since that’s approximately the size of the cute little one.
It’s been super fun to keep this pregnancy a secret for so long because it’s made it go so fast!
I’ve felt over all really great, with the typical nausea and extreme exhaustion until about 13 weeks. I couldn’t do leftovers and cooking made me sick. I craved Costco ceasar salad kits and went through a couple a week.
But now I’m back in the kitchen cooking up too many holiday goodies and meals, but it’s been rather fun.
I had the big ultrasound last week and I have to say it was my favorite one I’ve ever had! The tech was so good at explaining things and that baby was so darn cute putting its entire fist in the mouth and looking adorable with every move.
I’m getting so excited to meet him/her. If I had to guess, I’d say a girl. But we will find out in April.
Brandon and I both prefer not knowing. It’s so exciting that way.
Nesting is in full force. I’ve had so much motivation to do lots of dejunking, organizing, and painting rooms and furniture. I have a feeling I won’t have much time taking care of 4 children 6 and under to do many extra things, so I’m hoping to squeeze it all in now.
And a little flashback to August 18th– the day we found out this fun surprise!!
