To the guy who wanted to make his own birthday dinner (fettucine alfredo), who loves reading Star Wars books, watching Real Soccer games, building apps and coming up with business ideas, hanging out with the Deacons, and mostly being with his children (who so kindly placed the candles in the cake and blew them out for him!) and his wife…
Happy Birthday! We Love You!
Brandon and I went on a date a few days before his birthday and had so much fun. It’s amazing what going on a date can do! He had a $50 Flemings gift card, but we lucked out and got seats in the bar area which had an a la carte menu, so instead of paying $50 for a steak, we got to order a bunch of different appetizers (his favorite!) and walked away spending only $4. And then he had the idea to walk the city which was so fun even in the sprinkling rain. We walked over to City Creek, found him a new suit! and picked up our favorite Lemon Meringue Cheesecake from the Cheesecake factory for dessert.
Our marriage isn’t perfect. We’ve come along way and have a long way to go, but I’m grateful for the life we have created together. We are a great team (most of the time) and I love his zest for life. Happy birthday, babe!
