While Brandon was in Argentina during our second week, our sweet friend Brittney Larson invited us to meet her and her kids to Parque Araucano to play in the splash pad and have dinner with them. Brittney had been a great resource to us while we were making plans before arriving so it was fun to finally meet her. She was so sweet and brought a picnic with her favorite Chilean bread and fresh fruit. Her little daughter Evelyn is 4 and got along so well with my children. I’m grateful we had a way to break up the the time with Brandon gone.

The splash pad was just one of our favorite things about this park. Fun, upbeat American (haha) music played while the fountains coordinated. So fun!
