We tried to fill our Valentine’s Day with all the things we love. I went on a run through the park that morning before Brandon headed to work. We went swimming in the pool. I took the children to Parque Araucano to explore the Rose Gardens. We tried Mote Con Huesillos (a typical Chilean drink found at street vendors). And lots of Frugeles–our favorite Chilean candy. We ended the night with a festive dinner in our apartment using a few random homemade decorations.

Evelyn always loved walking past these pretty flowers on our way to Parque Araucano.
