Easter was unlike any other this year. I’m grateful for our traditions that helped us bring some familiarity to our celebrations.
Social distancing is still very a thing in our world right now. So there was no Easter church to go to, family dinners, or big Easter egg hunts.
The children found their baskets on Saturday morning. I think they ate candy all day long and played with their new surprises.

On Easter Sunday, we made Resurrection Rolls and then got ready for home church. This was my favorite week so far. All the children gave little talks about Easter, followed by Brandon who shared a sweet message. I got teary eyed as we watched The Tabernacle Choir’s “He is Risen” song and video.
We also did our annual Last Supper and colored Easter eggs outside.

I’m grateful for my Savior and know He lives.
We didn’t get any new Easter clothes this year, but we managed to find some coordinating clothes for our annual picture.

Lastly, here’s a video of our Easter! I feel like videos tell more than my words could, so this will do the rest of the talking.
