Our 4th of July looked different this year, but we still had a blast! We took the morning easy, and then went swimming before lunch. In the afternoon, the Polls, Sarah, and my dad came over for more swimming, bike parade with balloon arch, candy toss, BBQ, sparklers, dessert, and an incredible display of fireworks from all around Farmington.

I love the 4th of July. I love America. I know that I cannot fully understand the privileges my family has that other Americans don’t. I hope to use my freedom and privileges for good.
