
We couldn’t have our traditional Sunday Spudnut Social this year, but it all turned out all right. Making spudnuts the Sunday after Thanksgiving turned out to be a really magical way to start the Christmas season. The 6 of us gathered around the island rolling, cutting and frying one spudnut at a time. All while listening to Christmas music.
Usually we make nearly 400, but this year we only made 100 which seemed so much quicker! 🙂 We ate our fair share and then packaged the rest up to deliver to our ministering families.
