Blake successfully made it through the Christmas Trap around 6:30 am. Oliver was not so lucky. He set off the jingle bells which woke us up around 7:30.
We all came downstairs to see what Santa had brought. He filled the stockings with our own little bag of cereal and candy-filled candy canes- our children’s favorites!
Santa wrapped all of the gifts this year. We took turns opening each one. Brandon gave all the children matching Real hats. Other gifts included IQ builder toys, a fort kit, new doll for Evelyn, Pokemon cards and binder for Blake, and trucks for Eli and Oliver.
My favorite gift every year is the the letter Brandon leaves on the tree for me. This year was really special and he has given me the best gift I could ask for.
I surprised B and I with some Cotapaxi travel bags he has had his eye on. It is hard to surprise him with gifts, so I was really proud of myself for keeping this a secret since July.
Grandma and Grandpa Sunday visited and brought a super fun saran wrap game with lots of little gifts inside. They also gifted us a family reunion trip again which we’re excited for!
To end the evening, we visited my Dad’s house and had dinner and played games. A fun, very relaxing Christmas!
I ended up taking more videos than pictures, so catch more over on our Christmas video.
