I woke up on my 36th birthday in a tent at Girl’s Camp. After we broke down camp, Brandon and the children picked me up at the Walmart parking lot to go to Bear Lake to spend the night glamping- something I’ve always wanted to do. My favorite present was that Brandon packed everything for our getaway.

Before we went to the glamping resort, we went and checked our our Bear Lake house progress and got to swim in the pool there for the first time. We had it all to ourselves! We got so excited to make lots of memories there and get excited for our own pool!

Blake and I went on a bike ride and found this fun wall. Me and a good wall always get along. And I love that Blake is always up for an adventure.

Glamping at Conestoga Ranch was everything I dreamed of and more. It was definitely a splurge, but Brandon insisted we take the opportunity to go.

Our luggage and gear was delivered to our teepee by golf cart. Starting a fire for s’mores consisted of calling the front desk. They even put it out when we were done.

Since no cars are allowed, the children could freely roam the roads to the playground and we Brandon and I could watch them from the adirondack chairs from above.

Other favorite moments included eating at the restaurant there (we fed the kids hot dogs beforehand) and playing all the giant yard games they had. Such a fun time together to celebrate another great year!
