Whenever possible, we like to visit the temples on vacation. All temples are beautiful in their own way, but the San Diego Temple is castle-like and I knew the kids would enjoy seeing it. The Christmas wreaths on the gates and nativity on the grass made me extra giddy. I love seeing other places at Christmas time.

We were the only ones on the grounds, except for a few missionaries who were kind enough to take our family picture.
