We visited my mom’s grave at the Kaysville Cemetery on Sunday, just after sharing dinner with my Dad and Michael. I made her favorite “Neiman Marcus” oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for my kids to experience.

Evelyn and Blake did some very good convincing to both my Dad and me to have a sleepover afterwards. It was actually a huge help to have the 4 kids stay over so Brandon and I could get some housework done on Monday. They visited some other cemetaries and had a blast. Grandpa always makes it fun.

We ended Memorial Day with pizza and a pool party with them Monday night. A great way to kick off Summer.
