We were so excited that our turf got installed that we decided to host a swim party and BBQ with my family. Thankfully we got a nap in between our breakfast and the second party so we had energy for fireworks!

Threatening rain clouds hung around all afternoon, but that didn’t stop us from swimming the day away. The Polls, Bangerters, Kings, my dad and Michael all came. But again, I was too busy having fun and swimming I didn’t get a picture! It made me so happy to see everyone having a great time swimming and playing yard games! We haven’t had a yard for 2 years! (We also had a spontaneous quick visit from the Nelsons before they headed back to PA.) After a yummy BBQ, we dashed off to the Kaysville fireworks and had our traditional flag cake just before the show started.
