Our cute little Eli started kindergarten! He is starting as a half-day student, but we have a month to decide if he will go all-day. This is a new thing for our school to offer full day classes only (and to be honest, I was pretty frustrated that they didn’t have an afternoon option.) So we are going with it and we’ll time will tell what we decide. I really think full day is way too long to make these little ones sit still, but I also feel like it’s better than watching TV all afternoon. So we’ll see what we decide to do. He has Mrs. Empey, also a first for us. He had a good day first day. The only thing he didn’t like was not having to put anything in his backpack.
